Chrissy Teigen had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction at the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York when her dress decided to self destruct. She said this:

"Wardrobe malfunction of the highest caliber. Let's just say the slit took it upon itself to rip 5 inches higher."

Was she not wearing undies underneath?
